Paul Glantz
President and Chief Executive Officer

Effective January 1, 2007, Paul took the helm as Chief Executive Officer of Proctor Financial, Inc.  Under Paul´s leadership, the business has continued its track record of producing strong growth and enhanced performance on behalf of its clients.  Prior to assuming his current position, he had served for 16 years as PFI´s Chief Financial Officer.

Paul possesses an in-depth and “hands on” understanding of business having acquired substantial experience through progressively more responsible positions in finance, insurance, real estate and cinematic exhibition. After graduating from Wayne State University in 1980, he started his career as a Commercial Loan Analyst with Comerica Bank-Detroit. Upon learning that he had passed the CPA examination at his first sitting, he subsequently joined Ernst & Young. After several years as a tax practitioner and the attainment of his CPA designation, Paul accepted a position with Pulte Homes, Inc. serving as Corporate Risk Manager, Assistant Treasurer, and later, as President of its wholly-owned subsidiary, First Line Insurance Services.

Paul holds a Bachelor´s of Science Degree in Business Administration with High Distinction from Wayne State University and a Master´s Degree in Taxation from Walsh College. In March 2006, Wayne State´s Business School recognized Paul´s accomplishments by awarding him its Distinguished Alumnus Award. Paul is also actively involved in numerous philanthropic endeavors. His volunteer efforts include serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan, as a member of the Wayne State University Foundation, as Chairman of the Wayne State University Foundation Investment Committee Board, and as Treasurer of the Detroit Chapter of Variety International. In recognition of his contributions, Paul was awarded the 2007 Presidential Citation Award by the Detroit Chapter of Variety International, The Children´s Charity.

Mohamed Elewa
Chief Administrative Officer

Mohamed serves as an officer of the company and the Chief Administrative Officer of Proctor Financial Inc. He works closely with clients/industry to identify operational and compliance issues to develop workflow solutions that benefit PFI’s clients.

He also serves in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) where his leadership guides finance, network and client applications. It is under his direction that client applications, including IIM-Intelligent Insurance Manager®, were developed and implemented in addition to OCR Reader Technology, in-house scanning and imaging, and PFI’s property tracking system.

Mohamed’s industry experience and business acumen will lead PFI to double digit growth in the next five years.

Before joining Proctor Financial, Mohamed was the Director of Finance for Great Lakes Health Plan, the second largest Medicaid insurance company in the State of Michigan.

Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in accounting from Mansura University (where he ranked second in a class of 2,000 students) and holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Walsh College.

Mike Cox
Senior Vice President of Lender Services

Mike joined PFI in 1985 and served in the roles of Product Manager Flood Compliance, Assistant Vice President of Customer Service and Vice President of Operations before his promotion to Senior Vice President of Lender Services in 2006. In his present capacity, Mike oversees customer service for lender-placed insurance, policy production, claims and underwriting.

Mike’s 26 years of industry and insurance experience serves PFI’s clients well. From processing to claims to lender-placed insurance inquiries, Mike’s vision in automating processes has reduced administrative costs for PFI’s clients.

He also is responsible for carrier relationships and underwriting to ensure stability and capacity for lender-placed clients. PFI currently utilizes six A- or better exclusive insurance carriers under the leadership of Mike. A licensed CPCU, Mike also was instrumental in developing Customer Service guidelines and a Quality of Service Award Program company-wide.

In his present capacity, with 95% of all claims paid within 45 days, Mike negotiates directly with national independent adjusters to ensure accurate, speedy claim payment.

Diane Whipple
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Diane serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for all Sales, Client Retention and Marketing functions. She joined the company in the early 90′s in a similar role and recently rejoined the company in 2007 serving in her present capacity. Prior to joining Proctor Financial, Diane spent the last 20 years in the mortgage insurance arena where she held positions in sales, service, marketing and client services.

Since joining the Proctor Financial Executive team, Diane is involved in the strategic planning and implementation at a corporate level and leading her team to increase market share in the core product areas of Lender Placed Hazard and Flood Insurance. She has utilized her sales and marketing expertise to create National brand awareness of the “Proctor Ensemble”, the insurance outsourcing solutions provided to mortgage servicers. In 2009, the client relationship managers came under the direction of Diane’s leadership to strengthen our client bonds and service deliverables.

Diane holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University. She is active in her community servicing in multiple volunteer positions including the Pleasant Ridge Foundation, Music and Fine Arts Boosters, and Premier and High school soccer leagues.

Valentine Dickerson
Senior Vice President of Compliance

Val presently serves as Senior Vice President of Compliance and Customer Relations Manager. Val has been with PFI for over 15 years and served in the positions of Assistant Vice President, Policy Production; Vice President, Outsourcing; and Senior Vice President, Account Relations.

Her vast knowledge in the mortgage and insurance industry was instrumental in her promotion to Senior Vice President of Compliance. In her present role, her department reviews all current and proposed legislation to determine client impact. Additionally, Val is the champion for accreditation of PFI’s ISO 9000.08, an International Standard for Quality Management.

Prior to joining PFI, Val worked at First Federal of Michigan for 26 years. During that time, she served in numerous mortgage servicing roles as well as Vice President of Mortgage Servicing. Additionally, Val served in the Women’s Air Force at Andrews/Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C.

Val currently serves on the Board of Directors for Share A Smile, a Michigan based charitable organization founded in 1999 to meet the needs of ordinary citizens struggling with financial crisis.
